A PARTNERSHIP TO HELP DEVELOP YOUNG MINDS THROUGH HANDS-ON LEARNING

Join us and become a partner in education ​ to help improve

The West Point Foundation of Greater Houston​, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, is working to bring STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) programs to local schools.  The Foundation will also create scholarships for Houston area students to travel to STEM camps at the
​United States Military Academy at West Point.

Our Mentors

We enlist assistance from experts in all of the core development areas to assist in classroom activities. Past keynote speakers have included Commander Tim Kopra who had just returned from the International Space Station.  As a West Point Graduate and a NASA Astronaut, Commander Kopra knows first hand how STEM can take you to the stars.

The United States Military Academy is the premier engineering school in America. It is also the premier leadership training academy in the world. Combining the expertise in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics from USMA with that of NASA based here in Houston, we will create unmatched opportunities for local students.


Your support is needed.


Funds raised will support scholarships and workshops for Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). Every donation makes a difference by providing stem activities through individual and corporate sponsorships to provide science activities for kids.


We will be working with West Point, the Naval Academy, NASA, local Universities, and public & private school from 6th to 12th grade to provide funding needed to connect our young talented and energetic minds with quality STEM programs.

S.T.E.M. ACTIVITIES

The Execution of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) Activities for Middle School Aged Students. Science. Technology. Engineering. Mathematics. These educational areas are strongly correlated with success in the real world.  Giving our children access to learning opportunities in STEM can improve the quality of their lives and our community as a whole. The Foundation provides much needed financial, material and personnel support needed to conduct quality STEM activities. 


Even the smallest donation helps. We have many corporate sponsorship opportunities.
